Major TAFE award for Murrin Bridge student

Shane Bell, a builder on the Murrin Bridge construction crew, has been judged the Riverina Institute of TAFE student of the year, with an average mark of 83.7. This was the highest mark in the state for building trade apprentices, right across the board.

Shane's family, parents Russell Johnson and Vicki Bell and grandfather Ron Siva from Gilgandra, along with Murrin Bridge Wines and the whole community wish Shane the best of luck as he has been nominated for higher honours in the State TAFE awards.
